of $10.00, Public Performance Rights are granted to educational institutions
with the purchase of selected OnDeck video titles.
What are Public Performance
Rights?
Under The Copyright Act
any viewing or exhibition of a video in a public place (schools are considered
public places) must have Public Performance Rights. P.P.R. rights can be
added into the cost of the video at the time of purchase. Confirmation
of permission must be obtained from the copyright holder and kept on file.
